Rania has been practicing Yoga since 2012, when she was introduced to Yoga philosophy and history during a Yoga retreat in Costa Rica which was also part of a teachers training program. Yoga has helped Rania to manage stress and anxiety and deal with sport injuries by improving her strength and balance. Rania believes that Yoga is for everybody and is a way of life, where you learn to control your mind and body through your breath. Yoga is a moving meditation where you can use the breath to align the body and calm the mind. Rania is a registered 200-hours Yoga teacher under Yoga Alliance and is also certified to teach Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation.
