“Pilates combines low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. This hub is for specific individualized movements for a balanced full-body workout. Pilates builds strengths, tones muscles, improves core and posture, through focusing on every aspect of strengthening the core, using the Reformers that will allow a more dynamic targeted workout to steer to a core exercise. At Fithub, we combine the Pilates experience with Merrithew Reformers, which is the leader in mindful movement and world-class quality.
